Valute


Valute is a custom font with variable typeface, but at first glance it looks very mischievous. Very thincontrasting lines are very legible with heavy use of paragraph text. We made Valute with 9 weights that include ligatures and are multilingual.


We will make language and feature updates in the future as this is a long-term project that we will be building on.

Its design combines typically grotesk-style letterforms, with some characters that are quite geometrically-designed. In terms of its appearance, Folito was inspired by Modernism and Industrial-Era graphic and typographic design. The family has five weights on offer, ranging from Light to Black.
